1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, or using the wij2 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and wij2. If you do not accept any part of these terms, you must not use this platform.

wij2 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon publication on the platform. 2. Eligibility Requirements

To create an account and participate in any games or sports betting on wij2, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria. wij2 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. wij2 strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction. Underage gambling is illegal and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• You must register using your own accurate personal information. Providing false details is a material breach of these terms and may result in permanent suspension.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have been previously excluded from wij2 for any reason.
• You must operate your account solely for personal entertainment and not for any commercial, business, or third-party betting purposes.

3. Account Registration & Verification

Each individual may hold only one active account on wij2. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be closed without notice. Any balances or winnings associated with duplicate accounts will be voided. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

KYC Verification

wij2 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming principles. Before processing withdrawals or as required by our compliance team, you may be asked to submit identity documentation including a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being held until the process is successfully concluded.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 to 72 hours of submission, subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance checks. wij2 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal in the event of suspected fraud, breach of these terms, or pending identity verification. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.
• Any active bonus must meet its stated wagering requirement in full before a withdrawal is permitted from a bonus-related balance.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotional offers on wij2 unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Each bonus is available to one account per household address, IP address, and device.
• Bonuses are credited in the form of bonus funds and are subject to a minimum rollover (wagering requirement) before conversion to real money is permitted.
• wij2 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of automated software or coordinated group play, will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all related winnings.

6. Prohibited Activities

To maintain a safe, fair, and enjoyable environment for all users, the following activities are strictly prohibited on the wij2 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in permanent account suspension, confiscation of funds, and where required by applicable law, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any form of automated software to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions.
• Opening multiple accounts (more than one account per person) to claim bonuses multiple times or circumvent any betting restrictions.
• Attempting to exploit, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the platform's software, servers, or any related system.

wij2 employs advanced fraud detection systems and reserves the right to conduct investigations at its sole discretion. During an investigation, account access and withdrawals may be temporarily restricted.

Your continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
